Kohana's Bread and Butter RE CD TD CGN CCA "Pickle"
Pickle was one of 8 puppies in the Snacks and Foods litter, born February 26th, 2011. It was very clear, right from birth, that she was a thinker and was going to figure out how to get what she wanted. She was the first to escape the whelping box, and subsequently taught her brothers and sisters to do the same. She has tons of enthusiasm and loves to do anything I ask of her. She is a quick learner and provided that I can show her what I want, she gives me 110% each and every time. She is a lot of fun to work with and by barely 2 yrs old had earned titles in Rally Obedience (Rally Novice, Advanced and Excellent), Tracking (Tracking Dog), her Canine Good Neighbour and her Certificate of Conformation Assessment, as well as 2 Novice Obedience Legs. We have also exposed her to some bird work and hope to finish her JH title in the future as well. She is very enthusiastic on both the go-out and the retrieve when working with pigeons and has had limited exposure to ducks. Currently, she has 2 of the 3 necessary qualifying runs for her JH title.
Kohana's Small Town Girl RN DOT "Journey"
Journey has thus far been exposed to obedience work, rally, agility, tracking and scent detection. She has earned her Rally Novice (RN) title as well as her DOT (Scent Detection Test) and has cleared all of her genetic health tests. She loves to work, much like her mother, Pickle, and always keeps me on my toes. She is a happy girl with lots of drive and enthusiasm.
